工业互联网驱动的透明综采工作面运行系统及关键技术

Abstract: In most of underground fully mechanized coal mining face,the problems of insufficient foundation of industrial Internet and poor digital perception ability of equipment were existed.It was difficult to meet the operation requirements of remote visual operation by video and data-based monitoring methods.Therefore,a transparent fully mechanized mining face operation system driven by industrial Internet was established in laboratory environment,and the key technologies were studied.By arranging the industrial Internet cable/wireless full coverage network communication platform,installing digital sensing elements and conducting intelligent transformation on the equipment,the interconnection and interoperability of fully mechanized coal mining equipment could be realized.By combining VR monitoring system with traditional data and video monitoring system,the real-time and transparent presentation of the operation conditions and the remote intelligent coordination control of fully mechanized coal mining equipment were realized.The experiments of each component and the integration of the whole system could achieve the goal of remote transparent and visualized mining,which had innovated the existing monitoring and monitoring means and provided a complete test solution for the industrial application of underground transparent mining.

摘要: 煤矿井下综采工作面工业互联网基础不足,装备数字感知能力差,加之以视频和数据为主的监控手段已难以满足远程可视化人工操作的运行需求。为此,在实验室环境下建立了一个工业互联网驱动的透明综采工作面运行系统,并对其关键技术进行研究。通过布置有线/无线全覆盖网络通讯平台及在装备上加装数字化感知元件和进行智能化改造,实现了综采装备的互联互通;通过将VR监控系统与数据、视频监控系统深度融合,实现了综采成套装备的运行工况实时透明呈现和远程智能化协调控制。最后,对各部件进行测试以及对整个系统进行集成与试验验证,达到了远程透明可视化采煤的目的,对现有监测监控手段进行了革新,可为井下透明开采的工业应用提供完整的测试解决方案。
