Abstract: Aiming at the heterogeneous demands environment for remanufactured products and retread ones beside new products in customer market,the formation conditions and demand functions of different markets were analyzed.The differential price models of the closed-loop supply chain under various production modes was established for a three-level closed-loop supply chain consisting of a third party recycler,a manufacturer and a distributor.The corresponding price strategies were obtained,which were contrasted from different aspects.The research results showed that the bank run between new products and these re-products in the market would emerge but no profit appropriation if the manufacturer produce manufactured products or retread ones.When the manufacturer produced simultaneously three kinds of products,the overall system and every member could reap the highest profits|when the manufacturer produced simultaneously new products and remanufactured ones,the average unit profit was higher.

摘要： 针对消费者市场除了新产品需求外,还可能存在再制造产品和翻新产品需求的异质需求环境,分析了不同市场情形的形成条件和需求函数。针对一个由第三方回收商、制造商和分销商组成的三级闭环供应链系统,建立了不同生产模式下的闭环供应链差异定价模型,得到了相应的最优定价策略,并从不同角度进行了对比分析。研究表明,制造商生产再制造产品或翻新产品,会产生市场的挤兑效应,但不存在利润侵占现象;整个供应链系统及其各个成员,在制造商选择同时生产三种产品时可以获得最高的利润,而选择生产新产品和再制造产品时的单位平均利润则较高。
