Design solutions generation method based on function-component matrix and design structure matrix

基于功能—元件矩阵和设计结构矩阵的设计方案生成方法

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of lacking stylized computational tools in conceptual phase of design, a generation method of design scheme was proposed. The transfer process of energy flow between meta-functions was analyzed, and a functional model was created. By using function basis, function-function matrix, function-component matrix and design structure matrix were defined. The component-component matrix was obtained through multiplication of row vector in function-component matrix, and inserted it into function-function matrix, thus a design solution matrix was generated. By combining design structure matrix and design solution matrix, the redundant design schemes were filtered, and the design scheme which meet both function requirement and design structure was obtained. The transmission mechanism example was presented to illustrate the effectiveness of proposed method.

摘要: 针对概念设计阶段缺乏程式化的辅助计算工具,提出一种设计方案生成方法。分析了能量流在元功能间的传递过程,建立了功能模型。用功能基描述功能,定义了功能关联矩阵、功能—元件矩阵和设计结构矩阵。通过将功能—元件矩阵中行向量相乘得到元件—元件矩阵,并将其插入功能关联矩阵,得到设计方案矩阵。用设计结构矩阵与设计方案矩阵相“与”,过滤冗余设计方案,求得既满足功能要求又满足物理结构的设计方案。通过某载物平台传动机构实例,验证了该方法的有效性。
