Abstract: In response to the challenge that existing independent optimization models for steelmaking-continuous casting scheduling and ladle matching struggle to accommodate multiple process routes and large-scale production scenarios,a well-coordinated scheduling plan can significantly enhance the overall scheduling efficiency of steel production under complex operational conditions.This paper proposes an integrated mathematical model aimed at minimizing the makespan.A three-layer coding method based on the casting-machine-ladle sequence was designed,and an improved discrete artificial bee colony algorithm was developed to solve the integrated model.The proposed model and algorithm were tested on various cases constructed using actual production data from a large steel mill.The experimental results demonstrated that the proposed approach effectively enhanced production efficiency by reducing the makespan.This study highlighted the necessity and effectiveness of integrated optimization for multi-process steelmaking-continuous casting scheduling with ladle matching and offered a practical scheduling optimization solution for industrial applications.

摘要: 针对现有炼钢-连铸调度与钢包选配独立优化模型难以适应多工艺路线、大规模生产场景的问题,制定合理的调度计划可有效提升钢铁生产在复杂生产条件下的整体调度效率。建立了以最小化最大完工时间为目标的集成数学模型,并设计了基于浇次序列机器序列钢包序列的三层编码方式,同时提出一种改进的离散人工蜂群算法用于求解该模型。通过基于某大型炼钢厂的实际生产数据构建的不同规模测试案例表明,所提集成模型和算法能够有效提高生产效率,减少最大完工时间。研究结果验证了多工艺路线炼钢连铸调度与钢包选配集成优化的必要性和有效性,并为工业实践提供了可行的调度优化解决方案。
