Abstract: To improve the modeling efficiency of Life Cycle Inventory (LCI) analysis of complex products and effectively utilize the product manufacturing process information contained in the product Bill of Material (BOM),a modeling method for product LCI analysis that integrated BOM information and open knowledge driven approaches was proposed.The proposed approach included an open knowledge driven framework,a BOM oriented product system LCI process analysis ontology model,a semantic representation of the product LCI analysis and the construction of a typical part LCI process analysis instance template library.LCI analysis process instances could be automatically obtained from semantically querying the template library,which completed the model construction of product LCI processes and basic flow data query for each process.Experiments on the BOM of a wind power product using the proposed approach showed that the approach was effective and could improve the efficiency of LCI analysis and modeling.

摘要: 为了提高复杂产品全生命周期清单(LCI)分析建模效率,有效利用物料清单(BOM)信息中蕴含的产品制造过程信息,提出融合BOM信息与开放知识驱动的产品全生命周期清单分析建模方法。所提方法包括开放知识驱动框架、面向BOM的产品系统LCI过程分析本体模型、产品全生命周期过程分析语义表示及典型零件LCI过程分析实例模板库构建;通过语义查询获取模板库中的产品LCI分析过程实例,自动完成产品LCI过程模型构建和每个过程基本流数据查询。通过对风电产品BOM开展实验,验证了所提方法的有效性。
