Abstract: To improve the ergonomics of the user's operation on complex control panel of the CNC machine tool and reduce the probability of user misoperation,based on the control panel prototype of the CNC machine tool of Fanuc system,9 interface layout schemes were designed by combining with the task requirements and ergonomic design principles.The eye movement and electrophysiological signals of 24 subjects were collected by a high-precision combined eye tracker,wearable EEG and wireless electrodermal sensor,and their eye movement,EEG and skin electrophysiological data were recorded in real time with ErgoLAB software.The experimental data were processed through the mathematical statistics software SPSS,and the influence of design elements such as the area division of the operation interface,the arrangement of keys,the shape of knobs and keys on the operation tasks of the participants was analyzed,and the functional instructions that had a great impact on the performance of the operation tasks were determined.The results showed that the ergonomic evaluation method could ensure the objectivity and accuracy of the evaluation results through the mutual verification of multi-modal physiological signals,and provide a basis for the optimization and further iteration of the design scheme.

摘要: 为提高用户操作数控机床复杂操控面板的人机工效,降低用户误操作概率,基于发那科系统数控机床操控面板原型,结合任务需求与人机工程设计原则,设计出9种界面布局方案。通过高精度组合式眼动仪、可穿戴脑电仪和无线皮电传感器分别采集了24名被试者的眼动及电生理信号,同时采用ErgoLAB软件实时记录其眼动、脑电及皮电生理数据;通过数理统计软件SPSS对试验数据进行处理,分析了操作界面的区域划分、按键排布规律、旋钮及按键形状等设计要素对被试者执行操作任务的影响,并确定出对被试者执行操作任务有较大影响的功能指令。结果表明:通过多模态生理信号相互验证的人机工效评价方法可确保评价结果的客观性和准确性,为设计方案的优选与进一步迭代提供依据。
