认知负荷在人机交互中的研究现状与发展趋势

Abstract: The effective control of cognitive load in human-computer interaction is able to greatly improve interaction efficiency,security and user satisfaction.To identify the development process of the research on cognitive load in the field of human-computer interaction and meanwhile provide comprehensive references for researchers,the recent academic research on cognitive load and human-computer interaction by collating and comparing the relevant literature was surveyed and summarized.The related research was systematically analyzed from three dimensions:the type of cognitive load,measurement methods and related research variables in human-computer interaction,and each dimension was discussed in detail.Then,some applications of cognitive load in human-computer interaction were analyzed and summarized.Based on the systematic review,the future research directions of cognitive load in human-computer interaction was outlined,which expected to provide some ideas for researchers to carry out relevant research.

摘要: 人机交互过程中认知负荷的有效控制对于提高交互效率、安全性和用户满意度具有重要意义。为了厘清人机交互领域中认知负荷研究的脉络,同时为研究人员提供全面参考,通过整理与比对分析相关文献,对认知负荷和人机交互相关学术研究进行系统的回顾。从人机交互中认知负荷的类型、测量方法和相关研究变量3个维度对基于认知负荷的人机交互研究进行系统分析,并对每个维度进行了详细的论述;然后,对人机交互中认知负荷的应用研究进行了分析和归纳。最后,在对相关研究进行系统梳理的基础上提出了基于认知负荷的人机交互学术研究方向,以期为其他学者进行相关研究提供一定的思路和借鉴。
