区块链赋能家用医疗产品质量监管的多方博弈策略研究

Abstract: For the household medical product regulation problem in the presence of product quality issues,a three-echelon supply chain consisting of a single supplier,a single manufacturer and a retailer regarding household medical products was taken as the object to construct a two-stage Stackelberg game models with and without adopting blockchain technology in which manufacturers were dominant and suppliers with retailers followed simultaneously.By comparing the optimal pricing decisions,operating profits of decision entities,consumer surplus and social welfare under the two different modes,the multi-party game strategy selection mechanism on blockchain-enabled quality regulation of household medical products was explored.The results showed that household medical product quality issues and information search time consumption would exert negative impacts on the supply chain system.Enhancing information trust level with adopting blockchain technology could effectively improve supply chain performance.When the cost pertaining to consumer utility was relatively lower under the blockchain-enabled mode,the introduction of blockchain technology could effectively improve the profits of supply chain decision entities as well as increase the consumer surplus and social welfare.When the fixed cost concerning blockchain technology adoption was less than a certain threshold,the blockchain platform enables supply chain decision entitied to obtain more operating profits,thus promoting the implementation of blockchain technology and facilitating the transparency of production information across the whole chain.

摘要: 以单个供应商、单个制造商和零售商组成的三级家用医疗产品供应链为研究对象。针对家用医疗产品质量监管问题,从消费者效用视角,考虑产品质量问题、预期使用效果和信息搜寻时间消耗的影响,建立区块链技术采用前后两种模式下制造商主导,供应商和零售商同时跟随的两阶段Stackelberg博弈模型。通过比较两种模式下的最优定价决策、决策主体经营利润、消费者剩余和社会福利,探究了区块链赋能家用医疗产品质量监管的多方博弈策略选择机制。结果表明,家用医疗产品质量问题及信息搜寻时间消耗会对供应链产生负面影响,而借助区块链技术提升信息披露水平可以有效改善供应链绩效。当区块链赋能模式下消费者效用成本较低时,区块链技术的引入能够有效提高供应链决策主体的利润,并增加消费者剩余和社会福利。当企业采用区块链技术的固定成本小于某一阈值时,区块链平台可使供应链决策主体获得更高的经营利润,进而促进供应链决策主体实施区块链技术和全链生产信息透明化。
