Coupling analysis between modules of open architecture products for adaptability

Abstract: For the leader-follower characteristics between the platform and add-on modules as well as coupling association between customized modules of open architecture products,the corresponding relationships between the modules type and functional requirements were analyzed from the perspective of customer demands and adaptive change,and the interface and leader-follower characteristics among the platform,customized modules and personalized modules were discussed.Three coupling modes that were the coupling between the modules of same branch,functional coupling between modules of different branches,as weill as functional coupling and structural coupling between modules of different branches were studied.The coupling degrees between modules were computed with consideration of their comprehensive correlation and interface density.In the view of the dependencies between modules,structural complexity,development cost and development time,the method of change impact degree between modules was explored.Finally,a case of bridge crane was provided to demonstrate the coupling analysis between modules connected by open interfaces on the proposed method.

摘要: 针对开放式架构产品公共平台与附加模块间存在主从关联以及定制模块间存在耦合关联问题,从客户需求和适应性更改角度分析了产品功能需求与组件间的联系,探讨了公共平台与定制模块和个性化模块间的接口关系及其主从属性,构建了开放式架构产品模块功能-结构关系图。从同支耦合、异支功能耦合和异支功能-结构耦合三种方式研究了定制模块间的耦合关联特性,考虑模块间的综合关联性和接口密度,计算模块耦合度。综合模块间的依赖关系、结构设计复杂性、开发成本和开发时间,提出了模块更改影响度计算方法。最后,通过桥式起重机实例阐述了模块间耦合分析过程。
