Optimization of product configuration updating path for complex product oriented by customer requirements change

面向需求变更的复杂产品配置更新路径优选

Abstract: To reduce the change impact of product configuration caused by the change of customer requirements in the production stage,a path optimizing method for product configuration updating was proposed considering the characteristics of change propagation,production state constraints and modular design of complex product.The optimization model of configuration updating path was constructed.The functional correlation degree,the change propagation index,the change probability,the change time and cost were used to evaluate the change impact intensity,and then the impact analysis network of configuration change for complex product was built based on complex network and the optimization model was constructed with the goal of minimizing the change impact intensity.The improved ant colony algorithm was proposed to solve the model.To reduce the collaborative work and the difficulty of configuration updating,a penalty function was designed and used to adjust the cumulative edge weight of the path passing through the edges between modules.A product configuration updating path optimization for a sanitation vehicle was given to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

摘要: 为降低由生产阶段顾客需求变更引起的产品配置方案变更的影响,针对变更传播、生产状态约束及复杂产品模块化设计等特点,提出一种面向需求变更的复杂产品配置更新路径优选方法。首先,构建了复杂产品配置更新路径优选模型。运用复杂网络对产品进行表达,利用功能关联度、变更传播指数、变更传播概率、变更时间、变更成本评估变更影响强度,构建配置变更影响分析网络,以最小化变更影响强度为目标构建路径优选模型;其次,提出改进的蚁群算法对模型进行求解。为减少模块间协同变更工作及产品配置更新难度,算法中引入惩罚函数对经模块间路径的累积边权进行调整;最后,以某环卫车产品配置更新路径优选为例验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
