Abstract: Based on a multi-value chain composed of a third-party platform,multiple host manufacturers and multiple parts suppliers,a multi-value chain collaborative operation model by using system dynamics method was constructed for analyzing the influence of the third party platform's matching level on manufacturers and suppliers' collaborative operation strategies.The main factors of impacting the number of manufacturers,suppliers and matching level of platform to platform,manufacturer and supplier returns were described.The collaborative operation strategy of manufacturers and suppliers under different platform matching level was obtained with Vensim software simulation.Research results showed that the manufacturers and suppliers' income was affected by platform matching levels and the number of users in the market.A higher matching level was better for manufacturers according to the long-term development.For the supplier,at the beginning lower matching level was better in mature stage of a platform,a higher matching level was more favorable to it.

摘要: 针对第三方平台及其多个主机制造商、多个零部件供应商组成的多价值链的协同运作问题,运用系统动力学模型构建了基于第三方平台的多价值链协同运作模型,分析了平台匹配水平对制造商和供应商协同运作策略的影响,刻画了影响平台、制造商及供应商收益的制造商数量、供应商数量、平台匹配水平等主要因素,通过Vensim软件仿真模拟,得出了不同匹配水平下平台上制造商和供应商的协同运作策略。研究结果表明,制造商及供应商的收益受到平台匹配水平及市场用户数量的影响,对制造商而言较高的匹配水平对制造商的长期发展更有利,对供应商而言,在加入平台初期,较低的匹配水平对其更有利,在平台运作成熟阶段较高的匹配水平对其更有利。
