面向云制造协同创新伙伴选择的多源异构VIKOR群决策方法

Abstract: Collaborative innovation partner selection is the key process of cloud manufacturing.Aiming at the problems such as lack of evaluation index,multiple sources of information,different structure and incommensurability,which affected the selection of collaborative innovation partners,a Vise Kriterijumska Optimizacija Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) group decision-making method based on multi-source heterogeneous evaluation information was proposed.The evaluation index system was constructed from the dimensions of compatibility,research and development capability,technical solution and innovation effect.The multi-source heterogeneous evaluation information such as numerical value,interval number and language value was classified,transformed and processed.The subjective and objective weights were carried out by using Best-Worst-Method (BWM) and information entropy,and the evaluation information was aggregated and sorted by VIKOR method.Through the example analysis,sensitivity analysis and comparison with classical methods,the proposed method was proved as an effective method for cloud manufacturing collaborative innovation partner selection.

摘要: 协同创新伙伴选择是云制造的关键环节。针对云制造中评价指标缺乏,信息来源多、结构形式异样,及其不可公度性等影响协同创新伙伴选择的问题,提出一种基于多源异构评价信息的VIKOR群决策方法。首先,从相容性、研发能力、技术方案和创新效果等维度构建了评价指标体系;其次,对数值、区间数和语言值等多源异构评价信息进行分类转换与处理;然后,综合运用BWM和信息熵进行主客观赋权,借助VIKOR方法对评价信息进行集结排序。最后,通过算例分析和敏感性分析,并与经典方法进行比较,证明了多源异构VIKOR群决策方法是一种有效的云制造协同创新伙伴选择方法。
