Abstract: Cloud manufacturing (CMfg) is an advanced manufacturing paradigm that enables the transactions of manufacturing resources and capabilities,and Service composition is a critical issue in CMfg.Some advanced manufacturing services for complex heavy equipment on cloud manufacturing platforms are scarce.In addition,due to the fluctuation of production environment,product quality loss that occurs to products produced in CMfg process is indispensable.Considering these issues,an improved bi-objective CMfg service composition model was proposed,as well as an algorithm called DA-PESA2.The processing capacity of CMfg service providers,product quality loss and sustainability evaluation were all incorporated into the model.In DA-PESA2,distance-based adaptive mechanism contributes to better trade-off between quality of service and sustainability.Computational results demonstrated the decent performance of DA-PESA2 in finding high quality service composition solutions.

摘要: 云制造是一种实现制造资源和能力流通的先进制造模式,而云制造服务组合是云制造中的一个关键问题。云制造平台上的部分高端制造服务具有稀缺性,在面向复杂重型装备的制造服务中尤其如此。同时,云制造过程中由于生产环境的波动而导致的产品质量损失不可忽略。考虑上述情况,在基于帕累托包络的选择算法(PESA2)的基础上,提出一个改进的双目标云制造服务组合模型及基于距离的自适应PESA2算法(DA-PESA2)。该模型考虑制造服务的稀缺性,并将产品质量损失和生产过程中的可持续性过程指标纳入模型。在DA-PESA2算法中,基于距离的自适应机制能更好地兼顾服务质量和可持续性两个目标。实验的结果及各项指标均表明,DA-PESA2算法在寻找高质量的服务组合解方面具有良好的性能。
