集成化定制需求下多地总装作业过程敏捷协同管控系统

Abstract: According to the development status of integrators and their assembly operation management and control requirements,the problems existing in the operation process and system quality attribute requirements were analyzed,and a management and control mechanism for cross-enterprise cooperation with multiple users and agile response to assembly site conditions was proposed.In addition,a multi-site assembly operation management and control system was designed and developed.The system took the third-order management and control mechanism based on cloud computing as the core,adopted the micro-service architecture and SpringCloud technical framework based on the domain-driven design layering method,realized the informationization and fine planning control of the operation process,which could meet integrators' needs for low cost and maintainability of the system.

摘要: 为解决非标产线集成商转型发展所带来的装配作业管控难点,分析了多客户地总装作业过程存在的问题与系统质量属性需求,提出一种跨企业协同多用户、敏捷响应装配现场情况的管控机制,设计开发了多地总装作业管控系统。该系统以基于云计算的三阶管控机制为核心,采用基于领域驱动设计分层方法的微服务架构和SpringCloud技术框架,实现作业过程信息化和精细化计划控制,满足集成商对系统的低成本、可维护性需求。
