Resource service composition optimization based on i-NSGA-Ⅱ-JG algorithm for cloud manufacturing

Abstract: In view of the optimization of resource service composition in the cloud manufacturing environment,a constraint model was established on the basis of the constraint on the two parties,both the service demander and the resource provider.The elitist non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with inheritance and its jumping gene was proposed to solve the established model to find a series of optimal service composition.Then the calculation model of cloud manufacturing quality of service was constructed to give a comprehensive evaluation of the optimal service composition,and select the best resource service composition and the alternative one.The effectiveness,universality and efficiency of the improved algorithm were shown through the algorithm test.The feasibility,stability and superiority of the proposed method were demonstrated by the calculation example.

摘要: 针对云制造环境下资源服务组合优选问题,建立了以服务需求方约束和资源提供方约束为基础的双方约束模型;提出一种具有继承性和跳跃基因的带精英策略的快速非支配排序遗传算法对所建模型进行求解,为服务需求方找到一系列优选服务组合;构建了云制造服务质量计算模型对优选服务组合进行综合评估,选出最优资源服务组合和备选方案资源服务组合。通过算法测试表明了改进算法的有效性、普适性和高效性,通过算例论证表明了所提方法的可行性、稳定性和优越性。
