Information tracking and process monitoring for aero-engine assembly

面向航空发动机装配过程的信息追溯与过程监控

Abstract: In the current production pattern of aero-engine assembly,the efficiency of information tracing is low and the information of process monitoring is lagging behind.To solve these problems,the relational logic between assembly process data was analyzed and formally described,a multiple view integration model for describing static relational logic between assembly process data was constructed based on single product data source.The data lineage was applied to the expression of dynamic evolution of assembly data and the data lineage model of assembly process was constructed.According to the data requirements of different roles in assembly process,the hierarchical network model of assembly data requirement based on polychromatic sets was established and the data acquisition process was given.The assembly process information tracking and process monitoring methods for different granularity were proposed.The effectiveness and feasibility were verified through the application of the management and control software system of aero-engine assembly workshop.

摘要: 针对当前航空发动机装配过程中信息追溯效率低下和过程监控信息滞后问题,对装配过程数据之间的关联逻辑进行了分析和形式化描述;基于单一产品数据源原理,构建了描述装配数据之间静态关联逻辑的多视图集成模型;将数据世系应用于装配过程中数据动态演进的表达,构建了装配过程的数据世系模型;根据装配过程中不同角色的数据需求,建立了基于多色集的装配数据需求层次网络模型,给出了数据获取流程;最后提出面向不同粒度的装配过程信息追溯与过程监控方法。通过在航空发动机装配车间综合管控系统中的应用,验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。
