Process bill of material automatically visualization construction technology for spacecraft assembly and integration

面向航天器总体装配的工艺数字样机可视化自动构建方法及系统

Abstract: To solve the low efficiency for information acquisition of product assembly relationship,product assembly information and fasteners in the traditional spacecraft Assembly Process Bill of Material (APBOM) construction,the design 3D model and model supplement form was taken as input.On the basis of sorting and defining all spacecraft products,the assembly relationship and attribute of different products in design 3D model were analyzed.The Process digital prototype oriented to spacecraft assembly was constructed automatically based on product types mapping rule,assembly constraint rule and geometric rule,which could realize automatic display assembly information of spacecraft in 3D model.The effectiveness of the proposed method was proved by combining with a real satellite manufacture.

摘要: 为了解决传统模式下航天器手工装配过程中,产品装配信息、产品间装配关系、紧固件等信息获取效率低下的问题,以设计三维模型和模型补充表格为输入,并在对航天器产品进行分类、定义的基础上,通过解析设计三维模型中不同产品的装配关系和属性,以产品类型匹配原则、装配约束原则和几何关系原则为标准自动构建出了面向航天器总体装配的工艺数字样机,从而实现在三维模型中能够自动化展示航天器总体装配信息,最后结合工程实践,验证了所提方法的有效性。
