Abstract: Aiming at the lightweight design and optimization of cylindrical gears,a new technique of precise modeling and meshing simulation analysis for cylindrical gears was proposed based on hobbing principle.According to the spatial meshing principle and general parametric equations of hob cutting surface,the general tooth surface equations of cylindrical gear was derived.The parameter equations of hob cutting surfaces with Archimedes gear hob were deduced by using standard structural parameters.Accurate tooth surface of cylindrical gear was built based on B-spline surface interpolation.By using the functions of simulation analysis and parametric further-development of ANSYS software,the precise modeling and transient meshing analysis of cylindrical gears were performed.Simulation examples and comparative analysis showed that the proposed method could be used to effectively simulate the gear meshing process and accurately analyzed the meshing characteristics and stress levels of the gear pair at any instantaneous engagement position,which provided a reliable guarantee for fatigue life analysis and structural optimization of gears.

摘要： 针对圆柱齿轮轻量化设计问题,提出一种基于滚切加工原理的圆柱齿轮精确建模及啮合仿真分析方法。根据空间啮合原理,采用通用滚刀切削面参数方程推导了圆柱齿轮的通用齿面方程;选取应用最广的阿基米德滚刀,利用标准刀具参数推导出该滚刀相应切削面的参数方程;基于B样条曲面插值原理实现了圆柱齿轮齿面的精确建模,并利用ANSYS软件的仿真分析功能与参数化二次开发技术,实现了圆柱齿轮的参数化精确建模与瞬态啮合分析。仿真实例与对比分析表明,该方法能实现圆柱齿轮的精确建模,并准确模拟和获取齿轮副在任意啮合位置的应力水平与啮合特性,为后续的齿轮副疲劳寿命分析与结构优化提供了可靠保证。
