客户协同产品创新系统鲁棒性分析与优化

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the innovative agents might suddenly discontinue collaboration which severely led to the structure crash and efficiency losses for Customer Collaborative Product Innovation Systems(CCPIS),a robustness analysis and optimization method of CCPIS was proposed based on complex network theory.The complexity of CCPIS was analyzed and a process model of robustness analysis and optimization was constructed.By considering the influence factors and methods of CCPIS robustness,the structural robustness,performance robustness and their metrics were defined.Robustness analysis scheme was proposed followed to random failure and target attack.Based on the percolation theory and optimization method,the optimization model of robustness under the constraint of cost was developed.A mobile phone manufacturing enterprise was taken as the case to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the models and methods.

摘要: 针对客户等创新主体随机或蓄意中断与企业的协同关系等因素造成的客户协同产品创新系统结构崩溃、效率下降等问题,基于现有相关研究成果,提出基于复杂网络理论的客户协同产品创新系统鲁棒性分析和优化方法。分析了客户协同产品创新系统的复杂系统特性,并建立了其鲁棒性分析与优化过程模型;考虑客户协同产品创新系统鲁棒性的影响因素和方式,定义了其结构鲁棒性、性能鲁棒性及其度量指标,并提出随机失效和选择性攻击的客户协同产品创新系统鲁棒性分析方法;以逾渗理论和最优化方法为基础,建立了成本约束下的客户协同产品创新系统鲁棒性最优化模型和策略。以某手机制造企业为背景,通过应用案例验证了上述模型和方案的可行性和有效性。
