整体叶盘自适应柔性抛光效率优化

Abstract: As for blisk blade profile polishing,“five-axis NC+flexible grinding head + elastic grindstone” polishing technological equipment has advantages such as high precision,minor interference and favorable adaptivity.To improve polishing quality and polishing efficiency,a mathematical calculation formula of polishing efficiency was established according to polishing principles of elastic grindstone (sanding wheel) and its optimization method was given.The efficiency-based optimized combination of technological parameters was obtained through grey relational degree analysis of orthogonal test results.The blade polishing test results indicated that efficiency-based optimized technological parameters could not only significantly shorten polishing time but also acquire qualified blade surface roughness,thus the reliability of efficiency optimization method was verified.

摘要: 针对整体盘叶片型面抛光,“五轴数控+柔性磨头+弹性磨具”抛光工艺装备具有精度高、干涉小、自适应性好等优点;为提高抛光质量和抛光效率,根据弹性磨具(砂布轮)抛光原理建立了抛光效率的数学计算式,给出了抛光效率的优化方法;通过正交试验结果的灰色关联度分析获得了基于效率的工艺参数优化组合;叶片抛光试验结果表明:基于效率优化的工艺参数不仅能显著地减少抛光时间,还能获得合格的叶片表面粗糙度,从而验证了效率优化方法的可靠性。
