基于事件工序节点的砂型铸造过程工序碳源构建方法及应用

Abstract: To calculate and analyze carbon emission of sand casting with process carbon source,the modeling methodology of process carbon source based on event procedure node was established.Through analyzing the status of sand casting process,the event procedure node model was proposed,which could realize the description of process event status.The process carbon sources construction method based on event procedure node model was built by using the proposed model,which transformed the process of sand casting production line into the process carbon source.The calculation of carbon emission was realized.The method was verified through the sand molding workshop and process carbon sources of event procedure node were constructed.An application question of process carbon sources was discussed.

摘要: 为了科学合理地应用工序碳源计算和分析砂型铸造生产过程的碳排放量,提出基于事件工序节点的砂型铸造过程的工序碳源构建方法。在工序碳源的基础上,通过分析砂型铸造过程工序状态,建立了砂型铸造过程事件工序节点模型,实现了对工序事件的状态描述。通过所建立的模型,提出基于事件工序节点模型的砂型铸造工序碳源构建方法,将砂型制造生产线工序转换为工序碳源的表示形式,从而实现对碳排放的计算和分析。以某砂型造型生产线为实例,科学规范地构建了该工序节点的工序碳源表达式,针对多个事件的聚合及其应用进行了讨论,为企业实现低碳铸造提供了分析方法。
