摘要: 为了更好地支持面向大批量定制的设计技术,基于事物特性表技术,深入研究了计算机辅助设计系统与产品数据管理系统集成的关键技术。在接口集成方式下,采用3层系统集成框架对计算机辅助设计系统、产品数据管理系统和事物特性表进行了集成,提出了系统集成的逻辑数据结构,研究了系统集成的几个主要功能接口——计算机辅助设计模型注册到产品数据管理系统、创建事物特性表和变型设计接口。最后,用实例对这些原理进行了验证。

Abstract: In order to better support Design for Mass Customization(DFMC), the key integration technologies of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Product Data Management (PDM) system were studied based on the layouts of article characteristics. Under the integration mode of interfaces, CAD, PDM and Layouts of Article Characteristic were integrated in a three-tiered integration architecture. A logic data structure of integration was put forward. Several main function interfaces were discussed, such as registration interface from CAD model to PDM, interface of setting up layouts of article characteristics and interface of variant design. Finally, an application example was provided to verify the feasibility of principle.
