Abstract: Since the complexity and variety of production planning system in mixture manufacturing, the general mature solution for it has not still come into being. The features of mixture manufacturing and its production planning system were analyzed at first. The idea of researching on mixture manufacturing production planning system was proposed. The framework of the system was constructed and the function requirements & information relation were described. The separating algorithmic research on production planning system of the mixture manufacturing in which the process manufacturing at the fore and discrete manufacturing rearward was conducted. Taking the wool textile industry as an example, the optimal algorithm of process manufacturing production planning was put forward. The requirements to Bill of Material (BOM), process routing, etc of mixture manufacturing planning system in wool textile industry were studied.
