多项目环境下虚拟企业建立方法的研究与应用

摘要: 为了解决多项目环境下虚拟企业的创建问题,提出了采用最小粒度任务分解原则的任务分解策略和多项目动态环境的双向选择方法。认为任务分解方法和结果影响虚拟企业创建,通过对项目范围内优势企业资源的分类,建立与优势企业资源类别一一对应的最小粒度任务集。提出用任务影响因子矩阵方法实现项目目标到任务目标的映射,从而保证在项目分解时就能有效控制项目走向目标优化,使系统具有主动性。双向选择方法考虑了多项目动态环境对合作伙伴方案的影响,合作伙伴以盟主提供参数为中心,同时提供多时段、多参数方案,然后根据项目目标函数同时得出最优网络资源组合的虚拟企业创建方案和优化的项目计划。最后,以一个实例验证了开发的原型系统的有效性。

Abstract: In order to study the formation of Virtual Enterprise (VE) in a multi-projects environment, the principle of splitting project into min-granularity task was proposed for optimization portfolio of VE. The method and the result of task decomposition would influence formation of VE. Classifying enterprises in project scope by core competence, the enterprises of that ilk corresponded a min-granularity task. The project objectives mapped to task objectives by Task Interaction Matrix Method, and this ensured the optimization of project objectives. And the multi-plan two-way choice method approached the challenges of dynamic and uncertain available resource. Co-partners provided multi-period and multi-parameter solutions according to the parameter of the leader enterprise of VE. Lastly the prototype system to support formation of VE was developed and demonstrated the validity of methods proposed.
