摘要: 为有效整合区域制造资源,实现制造过程各环节的协同,对基于制造资源优化配置的制造过程管理系统进行了深入研究,提出了集成系统的组织形式和体系结构,并重点解决了各异构系统的信息集成问题。集成系统包括可重构制造资源优化配置平台、基于知识的网络化协同工艺规划系统、集成化数控制造与仿真、基于构件的可重构制造执行系统、可视化制造过程项目管理与监控等5个子系统;在对各应用系统功能及数据交换进行需求分析的基础上,具体阐述了基于可扩展标记语言的信息集成的实现过程,包括基于可扩展标记语言的数据接口规范、接口处理工具和基于文档管理平台的集成方案。最后以模具企业中的实际生产过程验证了系统的集成应用。

Abstract: To effectively organize the regions manufacturing resources, and harmonize every part in manufacturing process, the architecture and some approaches of integration were proposed about the manufacturing process management system, which was based on manufacturing-resource optimal allocation. The integrated system was composed of five subsystems: manufacturing-resource optimal allocation platform, networked cooperative process planning subsystem, integrated numerical-control manufacturing and simulating subsystem, component-based manufacturing execution subsystem, and visualized project management and manufacturing process monitoring subsystem. Based on the analysis of function and the data exchange requirement of each subsystem, the realization of XML-based information integration was presented, such as data exchange specification, data access processing tools and integration pattern based on document management platform. At last, the integrated system was applied to a molds manufacturing process and the application result proves that the system is practical and effective.
