数控机床丝杠传动系统热误差实时补偿技术

摘要: 为了降低数控机床丝杠传动系统因热变形引起的定位误差,对丝杠传动系统进行分段,将其划分为若干段,开发了丝杠传动系统热补偿装置,利用该装置首先对丝杠各段的热误差进行检测,获得丝杠各段的热变形特性,将其数据存储于数控系统中,以此为补偿参数,对机床工作台运行到丝杠各个段时,实时进行所在段的热补偿。并以半闭环数控卧式加工中心为实验对象,对各轴进行分段化热变形检测和补偿实验,实验结果表明该补偿技术具有较好的实际补偿效果,有效地减小了各轴热变形引起的定位误差。

Abstract: To reduce the positioning error caused by thermal deformation of the lead screw drive system of CNC machine tools,the lead screw drive system was divided into several segments,and the thermal compensation device of the lead screw drive system was developed.The thermal error of each segment of the lead screw was detected by the device,and the thermal deformation characteristics of each segment of the lead screw were obtained.The data of characteristics was stored in the numerical control system,which was taken as the compensation parameter.The thermal compensation of the machine tool table running to each segment of the lead screw was carried out in real time.Taking the semi closed-loop CNC horizontal machining center as the experimental object,the segmented thermal deformation detection and compensation experiments are carried out for each axis.The results showed that the positioning error caused by the thermal deformation of each axis could be effectively reduced by using the compensation technology,and the actual compensation effect is good.
