摘要: 概述了装备网络化监测诊断技术国内外发展历程,回顾了我国石化行业网络化监测诊断工程实践。提出了构建工业互联网装备智能运维系统的要点:工业互联网高质量数据采集与数据库、基于机理与数据驱动的溯源诊断与机群大数据分析及故障诊断专家系统。论述了工业互联网赋能智能运维和装备自主健康发展的途径。基于工业互联网应用工程实践的思考提出了今后的发展建议。

Abstract: The development history of network monitoring and diagnosis technology for equipments were summarized both at home and abroad,and the practice of network monitoring and diagnosis engineering in petrochemical industry of China were reviewed.The main points of constructing intelligent equipment operation and maintenance system of industrial Internet were summarized,which included high-quality data collection and database of industrial Internet,traceability diagnosis and cluster big data analysis and fault diagnosis expert system based on mechanism and data drive.The ways of development for intelligent operation and maintenance of industrial Internet and Autonomous health of equipment were discussed.Based on the practice of industrial Internet application in engineering,some suggestions for future development were proposed.
