摘要: 制造执行系统是连接企业上层企业资源计划与底层过程控制系统的桥梁,是实现企业资源计划/制造执行系统/底层过程控制系统三层结构的流程工业计算机集成制造系统的关键。以酒泉钢铁公司选矿厂为背景,针对选矿生产过程特点,分析和探讨了选矿生产过程制造执行系统的体系结构和功能,提出了在网络、数据库等信息技术支持下的基于流程工业计算机集成制造系统的企业资源计划/制造执行系统/底层过程控制系统三层体系结构的制造执行系统结构,设计并实施了以计划调度和成本控制系统为核心的选矿制造执行系统,该系统成功地实现了选矿生产过程下层过程控制的实时信息和上层企业资源计划的信息融合和贯通,实现了信息流、物流和资金流的集成,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract: Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is the bridge that connects Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to Process Control System (PCS). It is also the key factor for computer integrated manufacturing system of process industry that is consisted of ERP/MES/PCS. Based on the background of some minerals processing plants and characteristics of production, the structure and functions of MES for minerals processing were analyzed and system structure of MES based on three layers was presented with the support of network, database and information technologies. Cores of MES mineral processing were planning and scheduling system and cost control system was designed and implemented. This system realized the real-time information of PCS and the integration of ERP as well as the integration of information, material and capital. And favorable economic and social benefits have been achieved.
