Modeling and performance analysis of manufacturing execution system based on Petri net

摘要: 针对当前制造执行系统在汽车制造行业通用性差、重构性弱和性能分析难的特点,按照制造执行语言的功能要求,设计了功能分解图,建立了一种行业通用的Petri网模型。基于Petri网分析了制造执行系统模型的复杂度和节点特性,将模型转换成无向网络图,分析得出影响制造执行系统可靠性的核心元素和网络核心层,在基于网络核心层的基础上给出了适合不同情况的制造执行系统可靠性选择方案。

Abstract: Aiming at the weaknesses of current Manufacturing Execution System (MES) such as poor generality,weak reconstruction and difficult performance analysis in automotive manufacturing industry,a functional decomposition diagram was designed based on functional requirements of MES,and a general Petri net model was also established.The complexity and junction features of MES model were analyzed based on Petri nets,and the network core layer and system reliability were obtained after the model was transformed to the undirected network diagram.The compatible system schemes for different selections were given based on reliability analysis.
