摘要: 有效地识别与选择电子商务模式是传统企业成功实施电子商务战略的关键因素,基于价值链与价值网理论视角推导出制造企业电子商务模式的识别框架,识别出9种适合制造企业的电子商务模式,并探讨了每种电子商务 模式相应的战略目标及企业所需的核心能力,以及每种电子商务模式相应的一个案例分析。制造企业的电子商务模式选择与设计可以是这9种电子商务模式的其中一种或几种模式的组合,为制造企业实施电子商务战略提供了 非常有价值的指导。

Abstract: To identify and choose the proper E-business mode is becoming strategic concern for company that wishes to succeed. From perspectives of single-firm value-chain and the multiple-firm value-net, a theoretical framework for identifying E-business mode of manufacturing enterprise was provided, and 9 E-business modes for manufacturing enterprise were identified. Then the strategic purpose, necessary competence and application example for each E-business mode were discussed. The design and implementation of E-business mode in a manufacturing enterprise could be specified by the combination of one or more among the 9 E-business modes.
