服务型制造混合供应链的稳定性及弹性评估

摘要: 为了研究离散的服务型制造混合供应链性能,基于库存和订单的自动库存反馈补偿控制系统,提出混合供应链生产服务自动反馈补偿系统分析模型。分析和评估了服务型制造混合供应链在受外界干扰后的恢复能力和时间响应性质,即系统的弹性和稳定性。采用z-变换研究了混合供应链的稳定性分析。在系统稳定的情况下,计算时间误差积分评估混合供应链的弹性。通过调整系统关键参数使供应链弹性达到较好状态,并根据企业实际情况验证了调节关键参数的科学性和实用性。

Abstract: To research the performance of discrete service-manufacturing hybrid supply chain,the automatic pipeline control system of production and service in hybrid supply chain was proposed based on Automatic Pipeline Inventory and Order Based Production Control System (APIOBPCS).Recovery capabilities and time response properties of service-manufacturing hybrid supply chain under external disturbance which were system resilience and stability were analyzed and assessed,and the stability of hybrid supply chain was discussed with z-transform.The resilience of hybrid supply chain was assessed by using the Integral of Time Multiplied by the Absolute Error (ITAE) when the system was stable.The key parameters could be adjusted to achieve better elastic state,and the actual application validated the scientificalness and practicability of fruits.
