摘要: 为了高效、低成本地对开放式数控系统进行配置,研究了实施配置的关键技术与机理,包括功能模块划分、参数定制、连接定制等。设计了用于构建开放式数控系统的基本功能模块库,并由模块接口提供配置功能。最后通过实例详细介绍了基于模块库利用配置功能构建三轴数控铣床系统的过程,表明通过配置增强了模块的可重用性和系统的开放性。

Abstract: To effectively and affordably configure open architecture controller, the mechanisms and key techniques in configuration were analyzed, which included the plan of modules, specification of modules and connections between the chosen modules, etc. A module pool that consisted of the basic CNC functional modules and the interfaces of modules that provided the basic configuration functions, were designed. Finally, a 3-axis milling machine as an example was provided to illustrate the configuration and start up process. It is shown that using configuration improves the reusability of modules and realizes the open architecture controller.
