Production decision of manufacturing/remanufacturing based on modularity design

摘要: 为深入研究产品模块化设计水平与再制造系统参与人行为决策的关系,在分析模块化水平对新产品研发费用和再制造成本影响的基础上,构建制造商的再制造模式和第三方再制造商的再制造模式的两周期决策模型,得到两模型下的最优产品设计策略和生产决策,研究了模块化水平对制造商和再制造商的制造/再制造决策的影响。结果表明,模块化水平对制造商或再制造商进入再制造的边界条件没有影响;制造商再制造模式下的最优产品模块化水平总是高于再制造商的再制造模式;当废旧品资源不受限时,模块化水平越高,再制造率越高,再制造的环保效应越显著;当废旧品资源受限时,模块化水平对再制造生产决策没有影响。

Abstract: To analyze the relationship between product modularity level and remanufacturing system participation on human's behavior decision,based on analyzing the influence of modularity level on new product development cost and remanufacturing cost,two-period decision models of manufacturer remanufacturing mode and third-party remanufacturer remanufacturing mode were built,and the optimal product design strategy and production decision were obtained.The impacts of modularity level on manufacturing/remanufacturing decision was discussed.The results showed that the modularity level had no effect on boundary condition of remanufacturing;the optimal modularity level of manufacturer remanufacturing mode was always higher than  remanufacturer remanufacturing mode;when the waste resources were sufficient,the higher of modularity level and the greater of remanufacturing rate,the more significant of remanufacturing environmental effect;when the waste resources was limited,the remanufacturing decision was unrelated with modularity level.
