再制造服务资源模块化方法及应用

摘要: 为便于理解再制造服务并解决其服务资源充分、合理、高效利用问题,结合再制造和服务的特性,给出再制造服务的概念,并对其服务资源分类进行描述,提出一种多粒度再制造服务资源模块化组织模式及其模块化流程。针对再制造服务资源复杂多样、数量庞大导致匹配困难的问题,综合运用产品设计结构矩阵、耦合关联分析、遗传算法和模块度,构建了一种带供应商耦合约束遗传算法的再制造服务资源模块聚类优化模型,根据功能、空间、供应商等耦合特性,构建加权数值化设计结构矩阵,并进行初聚类,设计整数编码遗传算法,以再制造服务资源模块度和供应商耦合强度作为优化目标和约束对设计结构矩阵初聚类结果进行优化。通过应用实例验证了再制造服务资源模块聚类模型和求解方法的正确性和实用性。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of remanufacturing and service,the concept of remanufacturing services was put forward,and its service resource classification was described.A multi-granularity remanufacturing modular organization model was proposed,and its modular process was designed.On this basis,for the matching problem caused by complex and diverse remanufacturing service resources,a clustering optimization Genetic Algorithm (GA) model with suppliers coupling constraints for remanufacturing service resource module was proposed by using integrated application of Design Structure Matrix (DSM),Coupling Analysis (CA),GA and modularity.The quantitative DSM was constructed via the features of function,space,and suppliers.After the first clustering of quantitative DSM,an integer encoding GA was developed combining with the modularity optimization objective and the suppliers coupling constraints to perform clustering-then-optimization.An application example was given to verify the feasibility and availability of the module clustering model and the calculation method.
