协同制造中服务运营策略的计算实验比较研究

Comparative research on computational experiment of service operation strategy in collaborative manufacturing

摘要: 为了准确评估各种服务运营策略、选择出最合适的服务策略,从而实现协同制造过程中的服务资源均等化分配,运用计算实验方法,从3个方面对协同制造的服务策略进行了深入研究,包括协同制造的实验系统构建、服务运营策略的设计(非均等化策略、均等化策略、协同均等化策略)、服务策略的实验演析。实验结果表明,在供不应求的市场环境下,协同均等化策略的表现最优;在供大于求的市场环境下,均等化策略的表现最优。

Abstract: To evaluate various operation strategies accurately for selecting the best appropriate service operation strategy,and to achieve the best service equalization performance of collaborative manufacturing,by utilizing the method of computational experiments method,the collaborative manufacturing service strategies were researched from three aspects,which included the construction of experiment system of collaborative manufacturing,service operation strategy design(non-equalization strategy,equalization strategy,collaborative equalization strategy),and the experiment evaluation analysis of service operation strategy.The experiments results showed that the collaborative equalization strategy was the best in short supply market demand environment;the equalization strategy was the best under the oversupply market environment.
