集群式供应链协同采购的服务收费策略

Service charging policy of collaborative procurement in cluster supply chain

摘要: 为了研究集群式供应链应该在何种条件下采用何种服务收费策略,提出针对协同采购的计算实验方法,包括模型构建、模型实例化及计算实验三部分。为了验证该方法,对不同市场需求环境下的两种服务收费策略(固定收费策略、交易比率收费策略)进行了实验比较。结果表明,不同情境下适合采用不同的服务收费策略:市场波动时交易比例策略稍优于固定收费策略,市场稳定时固定收费策略稍优于交易比例策略。

Abstract: To research the problem of cluster supply chain that how to select the optimal service charging policy under some specific conditions,a computational experiment method for collaborative procurement which included model building,model instantiation and computational experiment was proposed.Two service charging policies (fixed fee policy,trading ratio policy) under different market environments were compared to verify this method.The results showed that different service charging strategies should be adopted under different situations: when the market was fluctuated,the trading rate policy was slightly better than fixed fee policy;when the market was stable,fixed fee policy was slightly better than trading rate policy.
