基于复合维修物料清单的设备运行状态管理模型

摘要: 为提高大型设备维护、维修和大修(MRO)服务的水平与效率,分析了MRO服务的特点和相应的维护需求,构建了面向设备维护的复合维修物料清单;针对设备MRO服务的数据管理和组织方式,设计了一种基于复合维修物料清单的设备维护与运行状态数据管理框架,并提出基于有限状态机的维护与运行状态演化模型。通过宝钢连铸设备运行状态管理系统的实施,验证了所提模型和方法的可行性与有效性。

Abstract: To enhance the level and efficiency of Maintenance,Repair,and Overhaul/operations (MRO) for large equipment,the features and requirements of MRO were analyzed,and the composite maintenance Bill of Material (BOM) was established.According to the data management and organization of MRO,a method of maintenance data management based on composite maintenance BOM was designed,and a status evolvement model was proposed based on Finite State Machine (FSM).Application example of continuous casting equipment in Baosteel revealed that the proposed model and method were feasible and effective.
