一种风电产品的MRO支持系统解决方案

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为了合理运用维护、维修和大修/运行(MRO)支持系统来支撑风力发电运维活动,阐述了实施风电产品MRO支持解决方案的必要性,研究了风力发电运维过程中具有代表性的相关业务需求。提出了一种风电产品的MRO支持系统解决方案,讨论了适用于全国互联网快速访问的系统网络架构、风电产品故障处理管理流程等。通过该解决方案的实际应用推广,解决了风电产品售后服务管理困难的局面,从而证明了风电产品的MRO支持系统解决方案在风电产品领域有良好的实用性,对提高风电产品运维水平有良好的帮助。

Abstract: For the reasonable use of Maintenance,Repair and Overhaul/Operations (MRO) support system to support wind power operational activities, the necessity of implementing MRO support solution was illustrated,and the relevant typical business requirement in maintenance process was researched.A MRO support system solution for wind power products was proposed,and the system network architecture applied to fast access Internet nationwide as well as the management processes of wind power products troubleshooting were discussed.Through the practical application,the solution could solve the management difficulty of wind power products after-sales service.The practicability of proposed MRO support system solutions in wind power products field was proved,which had help for improving the level of wind power products operations.
