两自由度被动阻尼器设计及数控加工应用

摘要: 为了对被动阻尼器的设计参数进行优化,抑制切削振动,提高切削效率与质量,通过研究对比各优化准则下单自由度、两自由度、两重及三重阻尼器的抑振性能,表明两自由度阻尼器综合性能更为优越。在此基础上提出一种两自由度阻尼器结构方案,并推导该阻尼器的动力学特性,并结合有限元方法进行验证。设计了弱刚性工装系统并开展切削实验,通过对比阻尼器安装前后工件振动的信号,表明两自由度阻尼器可将切削振动幅值最大降低56.4%。

Abstract: To optimize the design parameters of passive damper in vibration suppression,and to improved the cutting efficiency,by performing the numerical simulation,the result showed that two-Degree-Of-Freedom (DOF) damper was the best vibration suppression performance among Single DOF (SDOF) damper,two-DOF damper,two SDOF dampers and three SDOF dampers with equal mass.A structure scheme of two-DOF damper was proposed and its dynamics were formulated,which was verified by finite element method.A flexible fixture assembly was designed and the machining tests were carried out.The vibration amplitude of workpiece was reduced up to 56.4% after employing the damper.
