摘要: 针对结构拓扑优化技术在工程应用过程中的工艺约束引入问题,在基本变密度法的基础上,面向制造工艺约束引入了可扩展的约束因子,并通过特征匹配技术将制造工艺约束和约束因子链接,进而对可变密度结构拓扑优化方法进行面向应用的改进。该方法首先通过特征建模技术将各类制造工艺约束形成可检索的制造特征,利用特征匹配技术寻找符合设计要求的制造特征,并根据优选的制造特征初始化约束因子和单元伪密度。然后通过约束因子对设计变量的控制作用,结合材料属性的合理近似模型,利用优化准则法和独立网格过滤技术,完成结构设计域的优化。给出了约束因子的扩展模型、带约束因子变密度法的改进数学模型以及带约束因子变密度优化设计的求解过程和应用流程图,并用MATLAB程序实现该算法。通过一个算例计算给出了求解运算和数据分析结果,验证了该方法求解的可行性与有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the restrictions of structural topology optimization technology in engineering application process,the manufacturing-oriented extensible constraint factor based on basic variable density method was introduced.The manufacturing process constraint and constraint factor were linked by feature matching technology,and variable density structural topology optimization method was improved oriented to application.In this method,the feature modeling technology was used to make all kinds of manufacturing process constraints to form a searchable manufacturing feature.Thus,feature matching technique was used to find manufacturing features that met the design requirements.The constraint factors and unit pseudo densities were initialized according to the preferred manufacturing features which were found out by feature matching technique.Through the control effect of con-straint factors on design variables,based on the reasonable approximation model of material properties,the struc-tural design domain was optimized by using optimization criterion method and independent mesh filtering tech-nique.The expansion model of constraint factors,the improved mathematical model with constraint factor variable density method and the solving process and application flow chart with optimization design of variable density variable with constraint factor were given,and the algorithm was implemented by Matlab program.A calculation example was given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
