面向设计的混杂制造系统仿真研究与实现

摘要: 针对受随机故障等随机事件影响的混杂制造系统,利用Visual Basic语言,基于仿真软件Arena进行二次开发,解决了生产线“阻塞”与“饥饿”规则实现、规模化快速建模、统计信息获取、缓冲区容量内部二次分配及取料规则实现等核心技术问题,提出一种混杂制造系统的系统仿真技术。以典型的生产线制造单元模块为例,说明了具体的仿真实现过程。通过仿真实验验证了该技术的有效性,对前人的相关技术、结论进行了证明。仿真实验结果表明,该技术在一定程度上可满足不可靠制造系统研究领域对仿真平台的应用需求,也可用于规模化混杂制造系统及部分柔性制造系统的设计、分析与评价。

Abstract: For hybrid manufacturing system disturbed by random events,a system simulation technique was proposed by secondary development of Arena based on Visual Basic language,which solved a series of technology problems such as simulating rules of “Blockage” and “Starvation”,large-scale modeling technique,expected statistical data acquisition,secondary distribution of buffer capacity,realization of dispatching parts rule.Meanwhile,the typical manufacturing cells such as serial lines,assembly lines and parallel lines were taken as models to show the specific modeling and simulation process with secondary development technique of Arena.Numerical results not only showed the effectiveness of the technique,but also verified some techniques and conclusions offered by former scholars.This technique could satisfy the researching requirement of manufacturing systems disturbed by random events and be utilized to design,analyze or estimate the large-scale manufacturing systems and some flexible manufacturing systems.
