摘要: 现代企业的发展大大增加了物资需求量,但单个物资供应点又往往不能提供其所需的全部物资,因而多个供应点的协作供应就成为必然。根据协作供应问题的数学模型,针对现代物流对控制库存约束成本的要求,给出了库存成本定义及计算方法,在保证方案可行的前提下,提出了基于最小库存成本的协作供应方案生成算法。通过比较与分析,验证了算法的有效性、可行性和最优性。

Abstract: The material requirements of an enterprise have been enhanced along with its development. A sole depot cannot provide all the requirements, so it is necessary for multiple depots to afford the collaboration-supply. Given a mathematical model of collaboration-supply, a concept of inventory cost and its computing formula are put forward. Then a method for forming the feasible collaboration-supply scheme with minimal inventory cost is presented. At last, compared with the others, the algorithms validity, feasibility and optimality are deeply analyzed.
