不确定环境下混流装配线动态准时制物料配送系统

摘要: 针对不确定环境下混流装配线物料配送准确性和及时性的问题,构建了一种基于射频识别技术的动态准时制物料配送控制系统。分析了混流装配线的物料配送特点及物料分类,阐述了生产计划变动、生产节拍波动、线边库存及物料需求量和时间等物料配送中的不确定因素。综合考虑各类不确定因素,构建了基于射频识别的动态准时制物料配送体系架构,建立了可视化装配过程监控系统,研究了物料配送方案运算模型,设计了物料配送控制系统的硬件架构和软件体系结构。以某公司的1.5TGDI发动机工厂的混流装配线为例,应用J2EE构架开发了基于射频识别的动态准时制物料配送系统,实现了物料配送管理和控制的一体化和可视化,验证了系统的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the accuracy and timeliness issue of materials distribution for mixed model assembly line under uncertainty,a dynamic Just-In-Time(JIT)material distribution control system based on Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)technology was presented.With the research of material distribution characteristics and material classification,the uncertain factors in material distribution such as production plan change,production takt fluctuations,line-side inventory,material requirement and required time were analyzed.By considering various uncertain factors,the overall architecture of dynamic JIT material distribution system based on RFID was presented.The hardware and software architecture of material distribution control system were designed after studying the material distribution program models of computation and establishing visual monitor system for the assembly process.With the mixed model assembly line of a company 1.5 TGDI engine plant as an example,a RFID-based dynamic JIT material distribution system was developed based on J2EE framework.The integration and visualization of material distribution's management and control was realized,and the feasibility and the effectiveness of proposed system were verified.
