基于灰色模糊田口方法的复杂装备精密产品多质量特性稳健优化设计

Multi-quality characteristics robust optimization design of complex equipment compliant mechanism based on hybrid Gray-Fuzzy-Taguchi method

摘要: 柔顺复杂精密产品早期质量设计阶段、设计参数模糊不确定性情形下,为了解决多质量特性之间关联冲突的稳健设计难题,在田口方法的基础上,结合灰色关联分析法和模糊理论,提出一种灰色模糊田口方法多质量特性稳健优化设计方法。基于正交试验设计和有限元数值模拟方法分别获取多质量特性信噪比值;在此基础上结合灰色关联分析法分别将多质量特性信噪比值转化为灰色关联系数,通过引入模糊推理系统将多质量特性灰色关联系数转换为多质量特性指标来处理早期设计阶段的设计参数模糊不确定性难题;通过算例验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: The multi-quality characteristics conflict of compliant complex equipment robust design under the design parameter uncertainty is a difficult engineering problem in early quality design stage.To solve the difficult engineering problem,based on Taguchi method,the multi-quality characteristics robust optimization design Gray-Fuzzy-Taguchi method by combining with grey system and fuzzy inference system was proposed under uncertain conditions.Based on orthogonal experimental design and finite element method,the multi-quality characteristics of Signal Noise Ratio (SNR) were obtained respectively.The gray correlation sequence was used for transforming multi-quality characteristics of SNR into gray correlation coefficients,and the fuzzy inference system was adapted to transform multi-quality characteristics gray relational sequence into Multiple Performance Characteristic Index (MPCI) to deal with the fuzzy uncertainty in the early design phase.The case study results showed that the proposed method could effectively address the problem of compliant complex equipment multi-quality characteristics conflict in real word.
