摘要: 为加强管理,越来越多的企业实施了ERP。ERP实施的水平如何,需要有相应的方法进行评估。但现有的一些评估方法主要是针对MRPⅡ的,不能全面反映ERP管理的内容与不同企业的实施侧重点。据此,分析了ERP实施水平 评估特点、评估原则以及服务对象,提出了一个基于模糊数学的树型分级多目标评估体系模型,给出了该体系模型下具体的评估指标,讨论了指标数据处理、权重分配等问题,最后介绍了评估的算法和相应的实例。

Abstract: To improve the management, more enterprises are adopting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in China, and therefore, they need a measurement system to evaluate the effect of ERP application. However, most of the current measurement systems are mainly applied to MRPⅡ. So they arent able to cover all the contents of ERP and exhibit the different application emphasis in different kinds of enterprises. In this paper, a dendriform evaluation model is presented based on the analysis of the characteristics and principles of ERP application evaluation system. The model consists of five components, each of which has some sub-objects. It can make multi-level assessment for ERP application with fuzzy mathematics. Then the evaluation indexes are stated in detail in the model, and some key issues are discussed, such as the process of the index values, the determination of the index weight and the calculation method. For completeness, the models application procedure is shown by an example.
