基于SOA的产品创新设计服务认知组合模型

摘要: 为实现合理组织网络化设计环境下的设计资源并有效支持产品创新设计过程,激励设计者有效产生创新设计方案,提出一种面向服务架构的创新设计服务认知组合模型。根据设计者创新认知激励机理,对设计方法语义化描述构成的策略服务和知识资源同构化表达形成的知识服务进行组织,两类服务依据逻辑依赖和数据依赖关系构成产品创新设计流程,完成对产品概念设计的辅助和激励。以咖啡机的改良设计为例,阐述了平台中两类服务的组织过程,验证了该服务认知组合模型的有效性。

Abstract: To achieve the design resources of rational organization in networked design environment,and to effectively support the product innovation design process,an innovative design service cognitive composition model based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) was proposed.According to the motivation mechanism of designers'innovation cognition,strategy services consisting by semantic description of design method and knowledge services consisting by unified expression of knowledge resource were organized.The product creative design process of these two services was constructed based on logical-dependent and data-dependent relation,and assistance and incentive for product conceptual design were completed.An improvement design of a coffee maker was taken as an example to explain the organizations processes of two types of service organizations in platform,and the effectiveness of proposed model was verified.
