工艺路线优化下的复杂产品生产线稳定性分析

摘要: 针对考虑稳定性的复杂产品多品种小批量生产线优化问题,提出一种基于工艺路线优化以提高生产线稳定性的方法。首先采用复杂网络理论构建了混线生产网络模型,深入分析了网络拓扑特性。在分析混线生产网络脆弱性和鲁棒性的基础上,考虑设备故障、生产任务安排不合理等造成生产线阻塞的因素,建立了混线生产网络脆性风险熵函数,作为表征生产线稳定性的指标,同时考虑制造成本,建立系统优化模型以提高生产线的稳定性。以某航空发动机压气机叶片生产线为例进行实验,结果证明了所提方法的有效性和正确性。

Abstract: Aiming at the mixed production lines optimization of complex product,a method based on process route optimization was proposed to improve the production lines'stability.A directed production network model was constructed by using complex network theory to analyze the topological feature of network deeply.On the basis of analyzing vulnerability and robustness of the network,together with taking into consideration factors such as machine failures and improper job-shop scheduling,the stability of production lines was evaluated by Network Brittleness Risk Estimate Function(NBREF).To improve the stability of production line,an optimization model combining NBREF and manufacturing cost was built.An aerospace engine blade product line was introduced to verify the presented method,and the results confirmed the effectiveness of the optimization method.
