基于脆性风险熵的制造设备脆性测度与评估分析

摘要: 针对制造设备脆性难以量化评估的难题,提出一种基于表征设备状态的性能参数和脆性风险熵原理相结合的设备脆性量化评估方法。通过建立性能参数与设备性能状态的映射关系划分设备的各种工作性能状态,对设备状态概率进行计算,同时从设备所处状态的概率及其状态对设备本身造成的影响两方面构建设备脆性风险熵测度模型,完成对设备运行过程中的脆性测度与评估分析。以某发动机柔性装配线上的关键工位为例,验证了该模型和方法在量化评估设备脆性的有效性。

Abstract: Considering at the deficiency of quantifying the brittleness of manufacturing equipment,a brittle quantitative assessment method of equipment based on performance parameters and brittle risk entropy principle was presented.Through establishing the mapping relationship between the performance parameters and the equipment performance status,the various working performance states of the equipment were divided,and the probability of equipment state was calculated.From the two aspects of the state probability distribution and its impact on the equipment itself,the brittle risk entropy measurement model of the equipment was constructed,and the brittleness evaluation of equipment during the operation was completed.A critical workstation of an engine flexible assembly line was taken as an example to illustrate the effectiveness of the model and method in evaluating the brittleness of the equipment.
