摘要: 针对机械加工系统碳排放问题,提出了一种机械加工系统碳排放量化方法。对机械加工系统物料、能源消耗及碳排放特点进行了分析,定义了其广义边界,并对碳排放的多源性进行了论述;对机械加工系统多源碳排放量化方法进行了详细论述,不仅考虑了机械加工设备物料、能源消耗引起的碳排放,而且考虑了切削液、刀具等辅助物料及废屑处理引起的碳排放,分别给出了其量化方法并对量化方法中的关键要素进行了研究;通过一个具体案例验证了该量化方法的可行性。

Abstract: Aiming at the carbon emissions in the machining system,a carbon emissions quantitative method was proposed.The characteristics of materials,energy consumption and carbon emissions in machining system were analyzed,the generalized boundary of the system was defined and the multi-source characteristic of the carbon emission was discussed.The multi-source carbon emissions quantitative method of machining system was discussed in detail,in which not only the carbon emissions caused by materials and energy consumption was considered,but also the carbon emissions caused by auxiliary materials such as cutting fluids,cutting tool and metal chip processing was considered.The quantitative methods for each kind of carbon emission were provided respectively,in which the key factors were also studied.The experiment was performed to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.
