飞机立柱式柔性工装定位误差分析与精度保障

摘要: 为保障柔性工装各组成立柱式三坐标定位单元的定位精度0.05mm的设计要求,实现基于协调孔的精确装配定位,在某机型四个前缘襟翼部件柔性装配过程中,根据柔性工装的定位特点对柔性工装定位精度影响因素进行了综合分析。在所建立的工装坐标系下应用激光跟踪仪测量立柱定位单元的定位精度,基于滚珠丝杠传动系统的轴向定位误差与导程误差、导轨导向传动系统的安装定向误差,建立柔性工装立柱定位单元单轴运动的定位误差模型,对综合定位误差进行计算,并提出了定位精度保障的实验方案。实验表明,经误差补偿后,柔性工装立柱定位单元的定位精度完全能够满足工程中对飞机部件定位精度的要求。

Abstract: To guarantee the design requirement of 0.05mm positioning accuracy in the three-axis column locating unit of the digital flexible tooling and to realize the accurate assembly positioning based on coordinate holes,the influence factors of positioning accuracy were analyzed comprehensively according to the location feature of flexible tooling in the assembly process of one aircraft's four leading edge flap components.Under the built tooling coordinate system,the locating accuracy of column locating units was measured by laser tracker.The positioning error model of flexible tooling locating unit's single axis motion was constructed based on the axial positioning error and lead error of ball screw drive system and the orientation installation error of guideway guiding drive system.The practical guarantee scheme of positioning accuracy was made up by calculating the overlaid positioning accuracy.Experimental results showed that the compensated results of the locating units could fully satisfy the given positioning accuracy.
